THE JOB:

The Table Games Floor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of assigned table games and personnel. This role includes ensuring accurate reconciliation of table accounts and delivering exceptional guest service. All tasks must be performed in compliance with federal, state, and local laws, as well as company and departmental policies and procedures.


STARTING RATE:Ā $29.75 an hour


THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Game Dealing and Customer Service: Ensure each game is dealt with a high level of proficiency, while providing superior customer service to guests.

  • Guest Activity Monitoring: Monitor guest activity and inform management when adjustments to open table games are necessary.

  • Player Rating: Accurately and objectively assess and rate players in accordance with departmental policies.

  • Bankroll Management: Maintain appropriate bankroll levels to accommodate current or anticipated gameplay.

  • Table Accounting and Equipment Management: Reconcile table accounting accurately, maintain integrity, and manage all cards, dice, and gaming equipment.

  • Document Verification: Verify the accuracy of all documents and ensure adherence to all procedures.

  • Incident Reporting: Immediately notify the Pit Manager and/or Shift Manager of any unusual high-limit play or suspected equipment damage/tampering.

  • Additional Duties: Perform additional job duties as requested.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Availability: Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.

  • Education: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.

  • Experience: 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in casino operations, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

  • Team Management: Experience as a Floor Supervisor or Dual Rated Supervisor, overseeing and mentoring dealers while ensuring compliance with gaming regulations and company policies.

  • Table Games Knowledge: Proficiency in multiple table games, including blackjack, baccarat, craps, and roulette.

  • Customer Service: Strong focus on delivering exceptional guest service and addressing player concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Conflict Resolution: Skilled in resolving disputes and maintaining a fair, engaging, and energetic atmosphere on the casino floor.
