What You’ll Work On

• As the Supervisor of the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Sub-Function, supervises professionals in performing detailed audits of practices at company manufacturing plants and sites to ensure that policies and procedures comply with guidelines set forth by all applicable regulations both domestic, international, and applicable International Standardization for Organization (ISO) standards.
• Reports on weaknesses, ineffective procedures, policy exceptions and discrepancies and recommends appropriate corrective actions.
• Consults with manufacturing management to establish practices and procedures that comply with all applicable regulations.
• May include training.
• Lead/supervise a team of more than 2 professionals within the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Sub-Function.
• First level manager of a work team that may comprise professionals, technical and/or administrative staff.
• Focuses on mentoring, coaching, and coordination.

Required Qualifications

Associates Degree (± 13 years)

This is a rotating schedule; may be required to work both day and night shifts; fill in for vacations and absences. Shifts are 6am to 6pm or 6pm to 6am:

• Week 1: Mon - OFF, Tues - OFF, Wed - 12 hours, Thurs - 12 hours, Fri - OFF, Sat - OFF, Sun - OFF
• Week 2: Mon - 12 hours, Tues - 12 hours, Wed - OFF, Thurs - OFF, Fri - 12 hours, Sat - 12 hours, Sun - 12 hours
• Week 3: Mon - OFF, Tues - OFF, Wed - 12 hours, Thurs - 12 hours, Fri - OFF, Sat - OFF, Sun – OFF
