About the role:
The Digital Health Software development team is looking for an experienced business analyst to join the team in Arden Hills, MN.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Design and develop market leading features for Remote Patient Management systems for Cardiac and Urology platforms.
- Analyze system requirements and translate into software requirements.
- Write and perform reviews of requirements and design specifications to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
- Follow medical device software procedures and quality standards.
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings and other agile activities such as retrospectives and reviews.
- Utilize a variety of new and proven technologies to deliver life-changing systems to patients and clinicians in support of BSC’s mission.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to gather feedback on the quality of the requirements from different stakeholders and drive consensus on requirements.
- 5-10 years of experience in related roles.
- Ability to schedule and lead meetings leveraging business tools such as Outlook and Teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to identify and document use cases that describe software behavior accounting for normal, alternative, and error paths.
- Experience working in an Agile software development environment.
- Experience working in Medical Device industry or other regulated industries.
