JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

The College of IST’s Office of Learning Design has an opening for part-time Production Specialists with a specific focus on video editing. This position will primarily support the development and delivery of media content for online courses that are part of the College’s undergraduate and graduate degree programs. 

This position will be responsible for multimedia development work on various projects. Duties may include: 

• Various video editing work via Adobe Premiere  

• Captioning/transcribing videos 

• Graphic design work via Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop 

• Development of custom interactive media 

• File management of both working and completed projects 

In addition, this position may also assist with other production tasks, which may include:  

• Assisting with the development and revision of course materials in Canvas 

• Updating and maintaining webpages 

• Conducting regular course quality assurance reviews 

• Attaining/maintaining accessibility compliance in courses/webpages 

• Updating office records and documentation 

• Working on related projects as needed 

This position requires a creative mindset, critical thinking, problem solving, teamwork , and a willingness to learn new things. Applicants should be familiar with programs within Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, most importantly Premiere Pro. Experience with additional Adobe CC programs and/or
