About the role

Work Flexibility: Onsite

Responsible for managing all warehouse operations aspects, including quality, delivery, budget adherence, on-time delivery, new product implementation, capacity management, forecast, and acquisition integration.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: (Detailed Description)

·  Team Leadership and Management

  • Provide leadership, coaching, and professional development opportunities for team members.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, administer feedback, and implement disciplinary actions when necessary.

·  Operational Efficiency and Process Improvement

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics.
  • Identify and eliminate inefficiencies within warehouse processes.
  • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to improve operational productivity and accuracy.
  • Utilize data and metrics to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

·  Inventory and Quality Control

  • Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
  • Develop and maintain effective inventory tracking systems.

·  Cost Management and Budgeting

  • Manage warehouse operations budget.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce operational expenses.
  • Monitor and report on financial performance, ensuring operations stay within budget.

·  Customer Satisfaction

  • Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment to meet customer expectations.
  • Address and resolve any issues related to order discrepancies or delays.
  • Maintain a customer-focused approach in all warehouse operations to support overall business objectives.

Education & Special Trainings:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Master’s Degree in applicable field preferred
  • Financial knowledge or training

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 10+ years of relevant leadership experience in Warehousing, Supply Chain, or related areas.
  • Proven ability within Trade regulations, logistics, operations, and project management
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems
  • Experience in the Medical Device industry or comparable industry a plus
  • Strategic planning, problem-solving, and tactical implementation skills
  • Effective leadership, team building, mentoring, and oral/written communication skills

Travel Percentage: 10%
