Maintenance Lead

Princeton Quarry - Rogers Group Inc – Princeton, KY

Pay will be determined based on the candidate’s overall experience and skill set.  

Full Time Night Shift: 3 PM - 1 AM

Rogers Group is seeking a night shift Maintenance Lead for our underground and surface operation located in Princeton, KY. The successful candidate for this role will have an uncompromising emphasis on safety excellence, be a self-starter and will have responsibilities that include but not limited to:

• Lead a crew of 3-4 safely and effectively.
• Routine equipment/plant maintenance
• Operating production equipment
• Involved with plant improvement projects
• Inspect and perform daily repairs and maintenance on plant
• Inspect and maintain crushers, conveyors, screens, and other equipment
• Other duties as assigned by management

Required Qualifications:

• Must have a dedication to safe work practices.
• Minimum of 2 years industrial or similar maintenance experience is required.
• Mechanical aptitude/ability to diagnose and perform plant repairs as needed
• Must be willing to work a regular 3pm- 11pm shift
• Must be willing to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Must be willing to work outside in a variety of conditions
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in heavy equipment is preferred, but not required
• Working knowledge of quarry utilities and equipment including crushers, conveyors, scales, etc. 
• Experience welding and cutting
