The Client Success Enablement team is crucial for achieving the highest level of client experience, revenue growth, and operational efficiency. This proactive team focuses on streamlining processes, optimizing workflows, and improving the overall client, channel, and partner journey. Our aim is to provide outstanding service to the Commercial team through training, content management, process, and support.
The Client Success Enablement Specialist is responsible for supporting strategic Client Success Enablement projects, spanning from content management, training, process improvement, and proposal development. This role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless processes and effective communication.
What you'll do:
- Support creation of standardized processes, protocols, and documentation for the Commercial team to ensure excellent client, channel, and partner experiences.
- Support creation of training materials, resources, and a knowledge base to standardize Commercial team processes.
- Support the implementation of strategies to drive revenue growth, including proposal response and developing resources for partnership engagement.
- Support cross-functional process improvement efforts to enhance the Commercial team's efficiency and efficacy.
- Escalate process improvement needs to your leadership.
- Support cross-functional projects to improve commercial content, processes and systems.
- Track key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of enablement initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the Commercial organization to understand their needs and provide support.
- Define, document, and optimize commercial processes and workflows for efficiency and effectiveness.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a related field
- Experience managing complex processes and projects, in a matrixed environment
- Experience working in a Client Success, Sales, Marketing, and/or Partnerships function
- Ability to make progress and recommendations with incomplete information
- Strong conceptual and problem solving abilities that enable end-to-end process improvements
- Experience training teams and managing knowledge management content
- Experience creating documentation and improving workflows
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field

Pay Transparency Statement
This is a hybrid position based out of one of our offices: San Francisco, CA, Plano, TX, or Lehi, UT. Hybrid employees are expected to be in the office two days per week.#LI-hybrid
The actual pay rate offered within the range will depend on factors including geographic location, qualifications, experience, and internal equity. In addition to the salary, you will be eligible for stock options and benefits like health insurance, 401k, and paid time off.
