Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in strategy consulting, business development, or corporate strategy leadership.
- 5 years of experience in management, leading high-performance teams in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing partners and leading complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Experience leading cross-functional strategic projects (e.g., strategic plan, new product launch) from inception to deployment.
- Experience influencing leaders and presenting to executives, and with successfully navigating senior stakeholder relationships and conflict resolution.
- Deep knowledge of tech partnerships and experience facilitating and developing partnerships.
- Ability to lead through change, adapt to ambiguity, and succeed in fast-paced environments.

Within Global Partnerships, the Partnerships Solutions team is comprised of deep industry experts and cross-Google Partner Managers who engage with external partners and internal Business Development and Product teams to provide dedicated “One Google” support to Priority Partners of significant strategic importance to Google. We incubate transformative/innovative ideas and rally cross-functional teams towards new opportunities and cross-Google agreements. We accelerate agreements and lead strategic initiatives, including industry strategy alignment, AI Innovation Labs, and key industry initiatives/programs. We engage with ecosystems and bring the best of Google to solve industry challenges.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $253,000-$363,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Lead a team of cross-Google Partner Managers covering some of Google’s most strategic M&E, Sports, Gaming, and Social Priority Partners (as well as industry bodies and regulators) in the Americas.
- Work in close collaboration with senior stakeholders across Google (e.g., Sales, Business Development, Google Cloud, Product, etc.) to establish and drive a holistic “One Google” strategy for Priority Partners. Set the strategic vision for this critical book of business, including evaluating and refreshing the book as needed.
- Lead the development and activation of M&E, Sports, Gaming, and Social industry-specific and allyship strategies, incorporating critical topics (e.g. GenAI) and addressing regulatory risks. Work with Americas customer-facing and cross-functional teams to develop and utilize playbooks across these topics.
- Lead global working groups composed of industry leaders and cross-Google Partner Managers to address critical, widespread industry issues.
