Job Purpose:

The Senior Buyer leads complex procurement activities for engineered and non-engineered materials, equipment, and services required during early works planning and execution readiness. This role is critical to managing long-lead procurement, supplier engagement, and commercial risk for a large, remote Alaska mining development operating within significant logistical, seasonal, and regulatory constraints.

The Senior Buyer is expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy, exercise sound commercial judgment, and act as a procurement subject matter expert for project-specific supply chain challenges.
