The objective is to consolidate existing IT services and functionalities, integrate new digital solutions, and enable seamless, automated data exchange between enterprise platforms and external partners.</p> <p>The project follows a holistic <em>Integrated Product Support (IPS)</em> approach, focusing on harmonization, data standardization, and interoperability across all system layers.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Plan, coordinate, and manage small to mid-sized IT infrastructure and rollout projects from initiation to completion.</li> <li>Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality targets throughout all implementation phases.</li> <li>Support requirements management and contribute to proposal preparation, including scoping and cost estimation.</li> <li>Prepare and maintain detailed project plans, monitor dependencies, manage changes, and identify potential risks.</li> <li>Lead stakeholder management and project cost controlling, providing regular progress and performance reporting.</li> <li>Develop data analyses, decision templates, and presentations for management and steering committees.</li> <li>Coordinate work packages across technical teams and manage project documentation in compliance with quality standards.</li> <li>Facilitate communication between technical, functional, and service delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications and Certifications</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Education:</strong><br/> Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a comparable qualification.<br/> Alternatively, a completed vocational IT or commercial training program plus at least <strong>6 years of relevant professional experience</strong>.</li> <li><strong>Languages:</strong><br/> German C1 (CEFR)<br/> English B1 (CEFR)</li> <li><strong>Certifications:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Project Management certification (IPMA Level D, PRINCE2, PMI, or equivalent).</li> <li>ITIL Foundation (V3 or V4).</li> <li>Certified SAFe® 5 Scaled Agile, Inc.</li> <li>COBIT 5 Foundation (PeopleCert).</li> <li>SAP S/4HANA certifications:</li> <ul> <li>S4H01 <em>Business Suite to S/4HANA Delta</em></li> <li>SAPTEC <em>Technology Fundamentals for SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business Suite</em></li> </ul> <li>PLM100 <em>Life-Cycle Data Management Overview</em> (SAP).</li> </ul> </ul> <p><strong>Experience Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Project Management:</strong><br/> Minimum <strong>4 years</strong> of experience managing IT infrastructure or digital transformation projects.</li> <li><strong>Tools &amp; Methodologies:</strong><br/> Proficiency with <strong>Jira</strong>, <strong>MS Project</strong>, and the <strong>Microsoft Office suite</strong>.</li> <li><strong>Architecture Management:</strong><br/> At least <strong>2 years</strong> of experience in IT or enterprise architecture.</li> <li><strong>Process &amp; Systems Knowledge:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Experience with <strong>ARIS</strong> for process modeling and documentation.</li> <li>Familiarity with <strong>digital transformation frameworks</strong> and organizational development initiatives.</li> <li>Knowledge of <strong>The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF)</strong> principles.</li> <li>Understanding of <strong>innovation strategies</strong> and <strong>change management</strong> methodologies.</li> <li>Experience working with <strong>product lifecycle management (PLM)</strong> and <strong>data integration</strong> processes based on IPS standards.</li> <li>Experience using <strong>SPARX Enterprise Architect (ADMBw)</strong>
