Product Owner - Coupa

We are looking for a Coupa Product Owner to join our Enterprise Technology team to support the procure to pay finance process and systems. This position will partner with our Procure-Pay lead and their operations team, other technology pillars and third-party vendors to execute on key objectives and strategy for the procure to pay function.

As a Product Owner, you’ll provide technical expertise, be responsible for system design decisions for the team, build solutions and features that scale and deliver long-term value for our Finance teams.
This role is based in our Warsaw, Poland office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. Along with most Asanas, you’ll work from this office in person on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. What you’ll achieve
- You will assess and gain a thorough understanding of current procurement-to-pay financial processes, tools and technologies to drive improvements that enable automation, velocity and operational simplicity.
- Provide engineering expertise to technical implementation, provide support to Asana’s global users and systems administration of various procurement-to-pay and other integrated finance applications
- Collaborate with Operation leads and process owners to document process and system flows, business needs and requirements and also develop automation plans
- Stay on top of system upgrades, understands new feature releases, determine impact on Asana’s processes, configurations, and customizations and recommend a path to implementation minimizing disruption
- You will create plans to execute and test technical/functional changes
About you
- You have at-least 3 + years experience supporting finance & accounting teams in a financial systems role with hands on experience with Coupa
- Sound knowledge of configuring Coupa Pay , procurement, accounts payable and Coupa Sourcing is required. Coupa certification is an added plus.
- Knowledge of integrations with third party and boundary systems including Ironclad, Vertex/Avalara for indirect taxes, Electronic banking, interfaces with Banks etc.
- Knowledge of building reports in Coupa Analytics and/or Tableau is desirable
- Any exposure to Supplier & Contract Lifecycle Management processes & tools will be an added plus.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC life cycle including gathering requirements, solutioning and requirement traceability.
- Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship building skills conducive to collaboration; able to work well in a cross-functional, matrix management environment.

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between zł180,400 - zł229,600 . The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
