Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a First Line Integrated Planning & Scheduling (IP&S) Manager to support our E7 program in Oklahoma City, OK or Tukwila, WA!  

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Position Responsibilities:  

• Manages employees that develop projects and program plans at all levels across functional areas and executes all project phases to achieve objectives within scope, time, quality, and constraints from initiation to post completion

• Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals

• Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements

• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports

• Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes

• Manages, develops and motivates employees

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 5+ years of experience managing projects and using standard project management tools

• 5+ years of experience leading teams in a formal or informal leadership position

• 5+ years of experience influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and partnerships across functions

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 5+ years of experience in a position that requires managing and mitigating conflicts 

• 5+ years of experience demonstrating leadership for driving issue resolution and mitigating risk

• 5+ years of experience using Microsoft office products such as Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

• 5+ years of experience scheduling large projects/programs

• 3+ years of experience with commitment scheduling

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range:

Oklahoma City, OK: $104,550 – $141,450

Tukwila, WA: $119,850 – $162,150
