Job Description
We are looking for Junior Quality Analyst to help us keep growing and grow with us. We offer a multi-tiered training approach constructed around on-the-job learning. Courses from both Genesys and Google with accompanying certificates while experiencing hands-on work alongside seasoned team members. You will learn from the training courses and our senior team members, and then get to apply the new skills directly to your work. Take your basic coding skills and apply them to complex Natural Language Understanding (NLU) projects, or intricate call center flows with Interactive Voice Response (IVR) functionality. As your training progresses, so will the tasks assigned to meet your level of growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and remedy defects within the production process
- Recommend, implement and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved
- Compile and analyze statistical data
- Ensure that user expectations are met during the testing process
- Draft quality assurance policies and procedures
- Investigate customer complaints and product issues
Qualifications
Basic understanding of programming languages:
- Java/JavaScript
- C#, C++
- Python
- PHP
- HTML, CSS
- REST Web services, 3rd party APIs
- JSON
- Azure
- SQL
Nice to have:
- Programming certification
- Proven abilities in programming
- Basic troubleshooting skills
- Excellent client service attitude and team focus
- Understand best practices for a service organization
- Ability to attend the office in Buffalo, New York, 2 or more days a week
