Your role as a Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

As a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Pheasant Ridge Nursing & Rehabilitation, your day-to-day expectations will revolve around providing high-quality patient care in a collaborative environment. You'll be responsible for monitoring patient health, administering medications, and assisting with daily living activities. Communication is key; expect to engage with residents, families, and your healthcare team to ensure a holistic approach to care. Your schedule will consist of 12-hour shifts on a Master Schedule, with rotating weekends to maintain comprehensive patient coverage. This structure allows for a balanced work-life rhythm while ensuring that our residents receive consistent, attentive care.
