Filed Operations Delivery Director, Divvy Bike Share

Due to our growth, we are excited to add a Field Operations Director to our Chicago team. This individual will develop and implement service delivery strategies to ensure high-quality customer service to exceed customer expectations. This individual will work cross-functionally to optimize service processes, analyze service performance metrics, and implement system improvements. In addition, this individual will lead and develop a team of operations managers.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Track record of developing and implementing service delivery strategies.
• 3-4 years of experience using data analytics  to identify, develop and implement system improvements 
• 3-4 years experience leading a field-based teams with an emphasis on customer service and operational improvement
• 3- 4 years experience developing and monitoring service level agreements (SLAs).
• Stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences.
• Possess a valid and active driver's license.
• The ability to lift 75 lbs.
• The ability to bend, stoop, and stand for long periods.

Due to the nature of the work performed by the company, team members may be assigned to perform duties outside their core responsibilities.
