Customer Service Representative

Role Summary:

The Customer Service Representative role is focused on delivering excellent service to customers and retail partners. This position handles a high volume of phone calls and emails, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting order processing. Working closely with the sales and service teams, this role helps ensure smooth day-to-day operations of our key replacement program by maintaining accurate records, processing orders, and assisting with retail partner communication. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Deliver exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls and responding to inquiries with professionalism and a positive attitude
• Handle and resolve customer and retail partner issues promptly and thoroughly
• Accurately enter and manage sales orders, ensuring all details are correct and up to date
• Support the sales team with order processing, follow-ups, and program-related tasks
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to ensure program success
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, account updates, and program documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product data, pricing, and SKUs are accurate across systems
• Coordinate with Marketing to support in-store signage and display needs for retail locations
• Proactively identify opportunities for program improvements that enhance the customer and retail experience
• Ensure all communication and support follow company policies and procedures

Required Skills:  

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred. 
• 2+ years in an administrative support or customer service role. 
• Familiarity with retail operations. 
• Experience in hardware, automotive, home improvement and mass merchant segments. 

Pay: $21 - $24 per hour.
