Salary:  $112,000 - $125,000 / year

Job Summary:

The Director of Refreshment Services - Southwest Division involves leading all aspects of the Refreshment Services business for the Southwest Division, encompassing Office Coffee Services (OCS), Pantry, and the newly acquired Water and Ice Divisions. Responsibilities include defining and implementing consistent operational practices, developing and launching programs to drive base business growth, and engaging in new sales initiatives to secure business opportunities. Additional duties include managing revenue recovery efforts, as well as supporting the professional development of Refreshment Services leaders to improve team performance and leadership capabilities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Possesses strong critical thinking skills, with an emphasis on delivering and measuring action plans
• Defining and launching consistent operational practices
• Developing and launching base business growth programs
• Engaging in new sales efforts
• Is proactive and positive; interacting professionally with a diverse group of associates, peers, managers, suppliers, clients and customers
• Supporting the development of all Refreshment Services leaders
• Leading revenue recovery efforts (missing lease, non-inventory SKU growth)
• Embraces excellence in customer service both for internal and external customers; has excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills
• Demonstrates initiative and good judgment in assisting customers, clients, peers and subordinates
• Ensures consistent and fair administration of personnel policies

 

Qualifications:

 

• Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience
• Five (5) years of experience in related field – understanding of refreshment services
• Experience in P&L & Project Management
• Strategic problem solver with excellent customer service and relationship building skills
• 75% travel throughout TX, AZ and CO
