Credit Repair Specialist

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

• 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, 40 hours per week (preferred)

• Client time zone: Eastern time (Kissimmee, FL)

Responsibilities:

• Perform credit repairs for assigned clients using the company's proprietary 4-7 day process

• Prepare and submit FTC reports and CFPB claims as needed

• Execute check system removal procedures for negative accounts

• Conduct client calls to discuss credit repair progress and next steps

• Handle administrative tasks related to client account management

• Complete client reports and documentation

• Follow company-specific processes and guidelines for credit repair procedures

• Communicate directly with clients throughout the credit repair process

Requirements

• Proven experience in credit repair operations

• Knowledge of FTC reporting procedures

• Experience with CFPB claims processing

• Familiarity with check system removal techniques

• Strong communication skills for client interactions

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Experience with credit repair administrative processes

• Comfortable working with non-traditional credit repair timelines
