The Team Lead, Training Delivery is responsible for supporting the Manager, ETD in staff management, provide in person, hands-on and remote training to sites and CROs.
What you'll be doing:
Dedication of 50% (on average) of the time to Team Lead responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor trainers workload in relation to:
Attendance to Investigator Meetings (scheduling)
New study assignments (eCOA only)
Schedule/Conduct regular team meetings to facilitate communications, monitor workload, and provide guidance & updates
Liaison with Product Management (main point of contact) to coordinate/keep department up to date in new products development and updates.
Schedule/coordinate Trainer development: product training, professional development
Coordinate new staff training and maintains new staff training content
Collecting and monitoring defined metrics
Maintain issue logs (logistics, product improvements, Customer Care, etc)
Document management: maintains training templates/contents and departmental SOPs
Assist in coordination of continuous process improvement, including work flow efficiencies and associated documentation
Assist other Clario teams in answering or escalating queries about training, the LMS, audits, records and reporting, etc.
Dedication of 50% (on average) of the time to Senior Trainer responsibilities:
Conduct hands-on training for sites, CROs and sponsor personnel
Work closely with project team and sponsor to develop training delivery strategies specific to study scope and complexity
Work with product management and other internal groups to learn new products and processes
Work with support team to resolve help desk escalations
Evaluate work flow in other departments for needed updates to ETD templates to keep training information up to date
Maintain knowledge of current product releases
Develop training for new products and services, as applicable
Develop new training mechanisms, services and materials to expand training offerings
Leverage experience to serve as a subject matter expert for internal support
Mentor other instructors:
To improve documentation quality and job knowledge
To create new training methods and/or activities to meet client requests
Additional Responsibilities:
Provide primary service line support to cross-trained team members from other service lines
Attend client meetings with Business Development and/or Operational teams to present Departmental services, as needed and participate in sales initiatives
Perform other duties, assignments, or special projects as assigned by management
What we look for:
Education:
BA/BS degree required. Degree in education, business or science related subject preferred
Knowledge of clinical trials or other regulated industry preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Google Services, Learning Management Systems
Multi-lingual preferred.
Experience:
3-4 years of Clario Education & Training or equivalent experience with proven training expertise and excellence
1+year at the Senior Trainer level with proven experience in delivering training services to globally diverse groups
In-depth knowledge of Clario equipment, systems, or processes as they apply to training topics
