Schedule: Saturday & Sunday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Overview

Great Lakes Christian Homes is looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors. This weekend role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others and keeping things running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting visitors and providing welcoming front desk experience
• Answer and route phone calls
• Provide directions and general information
• Sort and distribute mail and deliveries
• Assist with administrative tasks and office support
• Help residents and families with basic needs and inquiries
• Maintain accurate records and confidentiality

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of receptionist or administrative experience preferred
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
