Job Description

Your mission :

Drive digital transformation of Finance & Legal processes, ensuring GDPR compliance and optimizing economic performance.

Key Responsibilities :

Compliance & Strategy

Oversee the implementation of legal and regulatory compliance, including GDPR and other applicable laws.
Map personal data processing activities and maintain an up-to-date Record of Processing Activities.
Ensure data collection and processing workflows are compliant with industry standards and regulatory frameworks.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a consistent understanding and application of compliance requirements.
Conduct regular audits to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
Monitor regulatory developments and recommend necessary adaptations to internal policies and procedures.

Financial Performance

Develop technical solutions improving financial accuracy
Validate matching between theoretical and actual amounts
Optimize margins on purchases and refunds
Implement features achieving 98% price matching

Cross-functional Management

Lead multi-functional teams (Tech, Data, Marketing)
Build product vision and roadmap
Prioritize high-impact business projects
Ensure effective communication across departments

Qualifications

Technical Skills

5+ years of Product Management experience

Strong understanding of legal and financial challenges

Project management methodology expertise

In-depth knowledge of GDPR

Proficiency in PM tools (tracking, A/B testing, wireframing)

Education

Master's degree (Business School, Engineering, University)

Specialization in Digital Product Management, Legal Tech, or Digital Finance
