About this opportunity
Welcome to the IT Analysis Credit Risk team in Group Functions Technology. We add value by translating business needs to operational and software requirements and then verifying their validity and priority. As Senior IT Analyst, you’ll play a valuable role in providing Nordea with the new Credit Risk & Customer Groups solution in MDM project.
What you’ll be doing:
- Activelly workig together with Product Owner to define features for Credit Risk & Customer Groups solution
- Eliciting business requirements with different stakeholders
- Reviewing technical design created by development team
- Being responsible for requirements documentation and quality improvement.
- Cooperating with multiple stakeholders from different countries in alignment with the target picture to enable sustainable solutions.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you:
- Practical knowledge of SQL and creating advance SQL queries
- Have strong business and technical background and great data analytical skills
- Have good requirement (functional and non-functional) management skills including defining acceptance criteria (preferably using Gherkin syntax), Definition of Done, Definition of Ready, others.
- Being familiar with most popular requirement management standards (IIBA, IREB, etc.)
- Have ownership to create great products by having good quality of requirements
- Have ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
- Are familiar with agile way of working and methods (Scrum, SAFe)
- Are proactive, structured, detail-oriented and quality driven
Your experience and background:
- Experience in Data/IT analysys
- Understand concept of data flows
- Experience of using Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent communication skills, professional level of English.
- Knowledge of IBM products - Data Stage, IBM and MDM will be an advantage
- Domain knowledge of non-financial risks will be an advantage
- Experience with DevOps mindset will be an advantage
- Practical knowledge of Process Modelling and UML will be an advantage
- Practical knowledge of BPMN will be an advantage
