Cycle Counter 

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cycle Counter to join our team. At Johnson Controls, you'll play an integral role in maintaining accurate inventory levels in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Pay 

$18.00- $19.00 (Based on experience)

Schedule 

6 AM - 2:30 PM

What You Will Do: 

• Perform regular cycle counts to ensure the integrity of the inventory 

• Follow cycle count schedules and verify accuracy against physical stock 

• Identify and segregate any damaged or deteriorated parts 

• Document inventory counts and identify discrepancies 

• Operate tablet to input and check information in the system 

• Complete re-counts for items that exceed established discrepancy tolerances 

• Help support other warehouse tasks as needed to meet operational goals 

What We Look For (Minimum): 

• At least 6 months of experience in a distribution or warehouse environment 

• Basic knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) 

• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills 

• Comfortable working in varied industrial conditions (e.g., noise, heat) 

What will put you ahead (Preferred): 

• Previous experience in cycle counting is highly preferred 

• High School Diploma or GED

Physical Requirements: 

• Ability to work 10-12 miles a day 

• Ability to lift and move heavy materials (up to 40 lbs) 

• Ability to stand, bend, and climb stairs for extended periods 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment for up to 8 hours a day
