We are seeking an experienced Cyberspace Operations Lead to join our team in preparation for an upcoming multi-million-dollar contract with USCYBERCOM, supporting an effort in Fort Meade, MD.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Serves as the overall technical lead for contractor personnel supporting functions and support the PM in overseeing task order technical requirements.
Plans, organizes, determines, and recommends necessary policies, regulations, directives, programs, doctrine, and procedures for the establishment and maintenance of assigned and anticipated changes to the DODIN.
Tests and documents results for newly developed capabilities based on USCYBERCOM requirements.
Develops, integrates, and maintains operational TTPs, SOPs, and Concept of Operations (CONOPs).
Identifies, analyzes, and develops mitigation or remediation actions for system and network vulnerabilities.
Develops and assesses current DODIN plans and policies to include emerging technologies.
Synchronizes and prioritizes capability requirements and new tactical uses of existing capabilities.
Identifies shortfall and capability gaps on DOD policy and guidance.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Minimum of bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Minimum of 3 years of experience managing teams in a cyberspace environment.
Minimum 10 years of experience as a Cyberspace Analyst or a related functional area.
Minimum DOD 8140/DOD 8570 IAM Level III Certification
Demonstrated attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
An active TS/SCI with poly security clearance is required.
U.S. citizenship required.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Experience managing DCO, cyberspace defense, Cyber Network Defense (CND), cybersecurity, and/or Information Assurance (IA).
Experience working program activities in compliance with quality control activities.
Experience working risk identification, management, and mitigation.
Experience leading teams in a multi-agency, multi stakeholder environment.
