We are seeking a Cybersecurity Systems Engineer III to provide engineering support for cloud infrastructure and software development within the Host and Compute Center (HaC). This role involves designing and implementing secure cloud architectures, developing cloud-native applications, ensuring security and compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Infrastructure Engineering:
· Design and implement secure, scalable cloud architectures.
· Configure, deploy, and monitor cloud resources, ensuring high performance and security.
· Automate cloud management processes and troubleshoot issues.
Software Engineering & Development:
· Develop cloud-native applications, optimize performance, and integrate APIs.
· Implement DevSecOps practices and containerize applications (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
· Ensure security integration and compliance with best practices.
Collaboration & Support:
· Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless cloud integration and deployment.
· Provide technical guidance and support for cloud-based solutions.
Qualifications:
· BA/BS in a relevant field + 5 years of experience, or at least 12 years of professional experience in cloud infrastructure and software engineering.
· Active IAM III certification (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or equivalent).
· Active DoD Top Secret / Top Secret with SCI Eligibility.
