About the role

Overview

The Cybersecurity Service Catalog & Governance Specialist position will be responsible for maintaining the Cybersecurity Services catalog, including providing leadership updates, working with teams to ensure up to date and accurate information, along with being the liaison to the larger Services & Transformation Services team. In addition, this position will assist with benchmarking and program management activities. This role will work across the entire Cybersecurity function including the Cyber Fusion Center, Business Information Security Officers, GRC, and Security Engineering to collect their benchmarking and services data points.  This role will drive automation efforts to further improve and streamline customer facing services.  Finally, this role will be responsible for ensuring the catalog is kept evergreen.

Responsibilities

The Associate Specialist will ensure efficacy of capabilities and services of the Cybersecurity organization through supporting the delivery of services delivery model, annual program benchmarking, internal capability assessment, and formulation and delivery of formal strategic plans and roadmap to evolve cybersecurity services

 

  • Participate in the development, maintenance, and sustainment of the Cybersecurity service catalog and process repository
    • Conduct regular assessments and audits of services, identifying areas for improvement and driving corrective actions
    • Analyze customer feedback and trends to identify underlying opportunities and develop strategies to address them
    • Foster a culture of service excellence throughout the organization, promoting a customer-centric, value driven processes mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Top of Form 
  • Assist in collection for Cybersecurity benchmarking activities with internal and external assessments
    • Collect and develop library of benchmarking assets to help develop process to re-use quickly and document what’s been put together in the past
    • Support Risk Performance Management team in work-in take and development of requirements.
  • Manage and track Cybersecurity Travel and Expense financial forecasts
  • Assist in development of metrics including SLA’s and KPI’s for all Cybersecurity services

 

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $93,500 - $156,450.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in CyberSecurity, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or other STEM equivalent required, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively build trust and interact with all levels of Cybersecurity organization
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to drive decision-making and process improvement
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across multiple organizations, sectors, and teams
  • Self-starter who demonstrates leadership skills and takes initiative
  • Understanding of the implications for doing business in a complex global environment
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to react to high pressure and dynamic changing environments
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex and technical issues to diverse audiences including executive management and leaders outside of the information technology organization
