To be expected:
- Monitor and report on the organization’s compliance with internal cybersecurity policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of compliance reports and documentation for internal stakeholders and external regulators.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and coordinating with relevant departments.
- Track and ensure timely remediation of audit findings and recommendations.
- Assist in the development, review, and updating of cybersecurity policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Ensure that policies and procedures are communicated effectively across the organization.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and non-compliance issues.
- Assist in the development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies.
- Support the creation and delivery of cybersecurity training and awareness programs for employees.
- Ensure that employees understand their roles and responsibilities in maintaining compliance.
- Stay updated on relevant cybersecurity laws, regulations, and standards.
- Provide guidance to the organization on how to comply with new and existing regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the development and execution of incident response plans.
- Support incident investigations and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
