What You Will Do:

  • Responsible for configuring and maintaining of CyberArk as an on-premise privileged access management system for federal clients in collaboration with other experienced CyberArk Engineers 
  • Support the design and implementation of Privileged Access Management systems
  • Developing new plug-ins and connectors for CyberArk solutions
  • Document technical processes and procedures including the regular revision of support documents
  • Support Client’s CyberArk infrastructure

What You Will Need:

  • US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of TWO (2) plus years' experience involved in large IT security projects including cost, schedule, and performance. May consider relevant IT security internships, co-ops, and fellowships
  • Strong experience in administration, configuration and troubleshooting on CyberArk modules: Enterprise Password Vault (EPV), Password Vault Web Access (PVWA), Central Policy Manager (CPM), Privileged Session Manager (PSM), Privileged Session Management Proxy (PSMP), Privileged Threat Analytics (PTA)
  • Experience with PAM Operational tasks, to include Creating Safes, Defining Access Control, Policies or Platforms, User provisioning and entitlements, Managing Applications Credentials, Auto upload and User Access Policy Management
  • Experience developing cybersecurity policies
  • Experience with online research techniques
  • Understanding in Custom connectors / plugins to various applications.
  • Scripting experience in (PowerShell, RESTful APIs, AutoIT, or PACLI)
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Selected candidate must be able to work Eastern Standard Hours
  • Must currently reside in the contiguous United States


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Preference will be given to candidates within reasonable driving distance of a Guidehouse Office or Client Office location
  • CyberArk CDE certified
  • Experience following established software development standards and procedures and contributing towards their improvement
  • Familiarity with SDLC process, including designing and developing applications
  • Broad knowledge of information system technologies with a willingness to learn new technologies

The annual salary range for this position is $82,500.00-$123,700.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
