Cyber Software Engineer

Dark Wolf Solutions is looking for a Cyber Software Engineer to join our pack and support the Marine Corps Cyberspace Operations Group (MCCOG). The successful candidate will be able participate in all phases of software life-cycle management and conduct security testing and code review to successfully improve software security. The Cyber Software Engineer will be responsible for all aspects of the application including requirements gathering, design, develop, test, deploy, DB design, and data sharing through web services to support customer needs. This position is located in Quantico, VA. Main responsibilities also include, but are not limited to: 

• Providing development and O&M support for a production .Net Web Application with a SQL database backend.
• Implementing, testing, and operating advanced software security techniques in compliance with technical reference architecture.
• Carrying-out ongoing security testing and code review to improve software security.
• Troubleshooting and debugging issues that arise.
• Contributing to the architecture design and implementation.
• Maintaining all technical documentation of the previously mentioned activity.
• Consulting and collaborating with fellow team members to properly execute secure coding practices.
• Developing a strong familiarity with new tools and operational best practices.
• Physically being on site at Quantico base 75% of the time. 

Required Qualifications:

• At least two years of applicable Software Development experience
• A minimum of two years of experience in the collection, design, and implementation of user requirements
• Applicable experience of at least two years with the following technologies: C#, VB.Net, and Visual Studio
• At least three years of experience with ASP Web Forms, ASP MVC, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, Web Services, SQL Server queries, Window Servers
• Security + certification
• CEH, CYSA+, or other certification compliant with DoD 8570 CSSP Infrastructure Support requirements must be obtained within 6 months
• Open to approximately 25% travel
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related IT field 
• US Citizenship and active TS/SCI clearance or Top Secret with SCI eligibility 

This position is located in Quantico, VA. Dark Wolf Solutions provides compensation and cash bonus for achieving required certification.
