SPA’s Air Force and Army Programs Group provides aviation-focused analysis and program management for life-cycle systems engineering and logistics support, rapid capabilities development and fielding, cyber warfare operations, nuclear C3, and integrated air and missile defense planning. We provide advanced studies, wargame development, and analysis to support materiel operations, supply strategies, and fleet readiness.

 

SPA has a near term need for a Cyber Operations Planner SME located in Fort Washington, MD.

Responsibilities

Coordinate analytical support services for the execution of various tactical or strategic operational plans to enable specific planned outcomes. Use intelligence and forensic products, indications and warnings analysis, collection management, targeting, imagery, network analysis, moving target indications, backtracking, counterintelligence, counter terrorism, foreign disclosure, international engagement and threat analysis to support the operations execution. Develop specific and detailed guidance to ensure interoperability with joint operations. Develop workflows between disparate organizations to ensure effective execution of mission.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering Management, or related fields
  • 14 years experience in cyber operations or similar technical field
  • 5 years experience working or coordinating enabling capabilities within DoD or IC
  • Provide in-depth knowledge of the policies governing enabling capabilities.  
  • Effective communication skills across multiple organizations and levels of government.
  • Familiarity with cyber systems and reverse engineering
  • TS/SCI CI Poly or Full Scope Poly within last 4 years
