Leidos National Security Sector (NSS) is seeking a highly experienced and skilled mission-driven Civil Cyber Intelligence Senior Advisor to support APOLLO/OPIAS. This role will synchronize the cyber intelligence with the human, informational, and physical aspects of Operations in the Information Environment (OIE), integrating cyber intelligence into influence campaigns, irregular warfare (IW) operations, and global competition planning. This position is on a future contract pending award announcement.

Key Responsibilities:
Integrate cyber threat intelligence into irregular and information warfare, influence campaigns, and Operational Information Environment (OIE) planning to support joint and interagency mission objectives.
Advise OIE planners on adversary exploitation of information systems, social media platforms, and digital communication networks, and weapons systems to influence foreign target audiences.
Analyze foreign cyber capabilities across the physical, informational, and human aspects of the Information Environment to support operational design and non-kinetic targeting.
Collaborate with MISO, PSYOP, MILDEC, OPSEC, Civil Affairs, Public Affairs, Electromagnetic Warfare Operations, and space operations elements to integrate cyber into full-spectrum OIE.
Provide recommendations for leveraging Informational Power to support strategic competition objectives.
Support Measures of Effectiveness (MOE) to assess the impact of cyber-integrated influence campaigns.
Conduct senior-level briefings on adversary cyber trends impacting Operations in the Information Environment.
Develop innovative concepts to exploit and counter adversarial use of information in the Cyber and Electromagnetic Spectrum (EMS); and consider significant or key cultural aspects that affect strategic, operational and tactical planning, operational security, and risk assessments.
Collaborate with operational planners, intelligence analysts, and cross-functional directorates within the GCC to synchronize cyber intelligence with mission planning.
Support coordination with multinational and coalition partners, including intelligence sharing and operational deconfliction.
Interface with other U.S. Government agencies and allied cyber organizations to enhance situational awareness and decision support.
Ensure cyber threat intelligence is actionable and aligned with broader campaign objectives, operational risk, and targeting priorities.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent operational experience
8+ years of operational experience in cyber intelligence, cyber-enabled influence operations, or multi-domain targeting
Prior experience supporting Joint Staff, CCMDs, J39, J2, or Interagency cyber missions, with working knowledge of the broader Intelligence Community (IC) and its cyber threat intelligence roles across organizations such as NSA, DIA, CIA, NGA, and FBI
Knowledge of the Information Joint Function and Human Aspects of the IE as defined by Joint Publication 3-04
Strong working knowledge of the intelligence cycle and applicable policies for sharing, exchanging, and safeguarding intelligence
Demonstrated expertise in analyzing foreign state and non-state cyber capabilities, hybrid threat actors, and adversarial use of information manipulation and technical influence operations
Demonstrated ability to integrate cyber intelligence into OIE campaign design, operational planning, and irregular and information warfare
Excellent briefing and senior leader advisory skills
Must have an active TS/SCI clearance and either hold or be eligible to obtain a CI polygraph
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in cyber operations, intelligence, national security, or information environment operations, or related field
Experience supporting USSOCOM, USCENTCOM, USINDOPACOM, or Joint Interagency Task Forces
