As a Seasonal Customer Success Representative, you will provide customer support through inbound and/or outbound phone calls only. This role is focused on helping customers by answering questions, providing guidance, and ensuring a positive phone-based customer experience during our seasonal business period. This position does not include chat or email support responsibilities. Your strong communication and listening skills will help customers feel supported, informed, and confident. You will play an important role in delivering Milliman’s value at every phone interaction while helping customers understand their health plan-related information and next steps. Preferred Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent GED is required for this position, and education will be verified upon an accepted offer of employment.
  • 0-2 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Advocacy, Relationship Management, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role preferred
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive, with a positive “can do” attitude
