Customer Success Product Manager

What does a great Customer Success Product Manager do?
As a Customer Success Product Manager with Fiserv, you will drive key initiatives and own escalations to ensure transparency of initiatives focusing on action items, risks, issues and decision making. Focusing on engaging business leaders, integrating people, process, quality and stability for our internal and external clients. You will have the opportunity to lead key initiatives for product troubleshooting ensuring consistent and successful execution and tracking.  You will plan, coordinate and monitor initiatives or work streams with a high degree of business complexity and risk.

What you will do:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and tracking of problem solving and testing activities associated with the business for a given work stream and/or client product customization.
  • Identify and interpret customer data focused requirements on enhancing service delivery.
  • Analyze data as it relates to the escalations to determine root cause analysis to provide a timely resolution with risks/issues captured and identified to prevent further business problems with our Money Network/Prepaid Card platforms.
  • Advise managers on findings and various resolutions they can execute to address the issue.
  • Partner with operational teams in overhauling procedures and ensuring stakeholders are satisfied with the final deliverables.
  • Ensure business solutions provided are commensurate with outlined goals and priorities.
  • Manage vendor billing and distribution of payments. 
  • Negotiate and review contracts with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and fair market pricing.

What you need to have: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent combination of experience, education and military service.
  • 8+ years of experience as an Operations Analyst.
  • 4+ years of experience negotiating contract terms, conditions, and pricing in the Financial Services Industry.
  • Proficiency in analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, techniques, and software, including advanced Excel functions and data visualization tools.
  • Proficiency in commanding communication skills both verbal and written with proven ability to draft correspondence for escalations.
  • Agility and multi-tasking are vital to the success of this role as business transition activities are in a continual state of transition and development.

What would be great to have:

  • 7+ years of experience in business analysis in project activities for change management initiatives including documentation and identification requirements.
  • 10+ years of experience in contract negotiations in the Financial Services industry.
  • 5+ years of experience working in the Banking, Credit Issuer, or Financial Services industry.
  • 5+ years of experience in driving large scale initiatives or change efforts.

This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Maryland, New York, Nevada, Rhode Island or Washington.
