Customer Service Support Specialist

Assist with maintenance of existing legacy applications and transition to a new system architecture. Location is the Reston area. ***NOTE: Additional security scrub required.***

Required Qualifications

• TS/SCI with Agency Appropriate Polygraph
• Demonstrated experience learning details of a legacy application
• Demonstrated experience providing basic user and application administrative support
• Provide a central point of contact between the user and Sponsor for the legacy application to resolve issues at the lowest practical support level
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through timely, open and interactive communication
• Focus on issue to resolve when users are unhappy or complaining
• Report design, reliability and maintenance problems or bugs to the Application developers
