• Maintain thorough knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information.
• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the company CRM system.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Provide feedback to management regarding recurring customer concerns and suggest improvements.

Qualifications

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
