Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you will manage daily orders, contact clients via phone and text using JustCall to complete bookings, and accurately update information in our systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming orders and coordinate with clients via phone calls and text messages.
Update booking information and ensure accuracy in our browser-based systems.
Maintain a high standard of communication and professionalism while managing a high volume of calls.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and resolve client inquiries.
Requirements:
A computer and a reliable, high-quality internet connection.
Strong communication skills, with experience handling phone calls and text messaging.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Familiarity with logistics, including deliveries, collections, and warehouse operations, is a bonus but not essential.
