About the role

Whizz, a leader in the bike rental industry in New York City, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their offices!

Responsibilities:

  • Consult clients and help with choosing a bicycle model;
  • Maintain document flow on sales;
  • Communicate effectively with clients in person, by phone and by mail;
  • Perform general office and administrative tasks.

  • Salary: $18-$23 per hour

  • Work schedule:
  • ā€¢ 8-hour shift in the morning or evening,
  • ā€¢ availability on weekdays and weekends

    • Requirements

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to find an approach to different types of personalities
  • Ability to work with Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
