Your new role awaits:
As the Manager for the Customer Support Centre based at our Belmont office, you are accountable to ensure high levels of customer service, quality and order fulfillment to major clients and projects across WA while supporting both the General Hire and our specialist branch network, with compliance and quality systems.
- Effectively coach and mentor team members to continuously improving their performance, knowledge, and skills
- Lead a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by contributing in the review of customer service standards, systems and processes.
- Lead and inspire the area network to perform as a team to reach Business Unit objectives
- Monitor and evaluate sales results and performance indicators to meet revenue targets
About you:
As well as having amazing customer service skills and a can-do, flexible attitude, you will have:
- Demonstrated safety improvement results.
- Previous customer service experience and strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership skills
- Proven commitment and accountability for driving diverse team engagement.
- Budgeting, financial and asset Management skills
- Strong business and commercial acumen
- Experience in driving improvement, streamlining processes and engaging with staff
- Generalist HR experience will be an added advantage.
