Ventia is seeking a Customer Service and Administrative Assistant to join our Business Development and Marketing team at the Australian Marine Complex Common User Facility (AMC CUF) in Henderson. This is your chance to be part of a team that supports one of WA’s most unique industrial facilities.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

 

• Be the friendly face of AMC CUF – greeting guests, managing reception, and coordinating site tours
• Support customer onboarding and maintain our CRM database
• Assist with service sales, subcontractor coordination, and invoicing processes.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and marketing collateral
• Keep the office humming – from answering calls to managing couriers and IT queries

Ventia is a leading infrastructure services company operating across Australia and New Zealand. They currently manage the Australian Marine Complex, Common User Facility on behalf of the WA government. The AMC CUF is a multi-industry, multi-user facility serviced by a deep-water port, a floating dock and transfer system, specialised load out wharves, extensive laydown and assembly areas and several large fabrication halls.
