Key Responsibilities:

• Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently, escalating complex issues when necessary.

• Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.

• Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and relay it to the relevant departments for continuous improvement.

• Documentation: Accurately document all interactions and maintain detailed records of customer issues and resolutions.

• Collaboration: Work closely with other teams (e.g., Sales, Technical Support) to provide seamless service.
