Responsibilities:

• Provide an unrivaled customer service experience
• Mentor others as your skillset expands
• Developing and implementing sales strategies 
• Handling customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints
• Analyzing customer needs and expectations
• Training staff to improve both service and sales 
• Analyzing data collected and generating reports for management

Qualifications:

• Dealership experience preferred 
• Sales and customer service experience is preferred
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Good listening skills and a strong customer focus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
