In this role, you will:

This position is responsible for leading one of Kimberly-Clark’s Customer Supply Chain teams that supports Retail Replenishment for Walmart and Sam’s Club.

  • Manage team responsible for omnichannel order management, replenishment, forecasting and flow efficiencies at both the DC and store levels
  • Maintain Walmart inventory at appropriate levels while minimizing retail out of stocks and total supply chain variability
  • Influence the development of Walmart Inc. processes and systems that support replenishment to enhance both Walmart and K-C top and bottom-line growth
  • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with Walmart Replenishment and internal Kimberly-Clark cross-functional teams
  • Continual growth of team’s leadership qualities
  • KEY CUSTOMERS/PARTNERS:  Walmart Inc. Replenishment and Supply Chain, K-C Sales/Customer Business Partners, Customer Logistics Services and Strategies, End-to-End Supply Chain
     

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Shape and sustain an effective and motivated team that delivers desired business results by providing vision, direction and training while building trust and ensuring best practices are utilized
  • Build and strengthen internal and external relationships
  • Drive continuous improvement of Walmart and K-C replenishment strategies, processes, systems and metrics
  • Ensure processes, tools, and training documentation is maintained as Walmart Inc. and Kimberly-Clark processes and systems evolve. Ensure desktop specific documentation exists for use in position transitions. Manage efforts to develop and document best practices
  • Participate in or lead cross functional K-C and Walmart initiatives to improve current business processes and tools. Provide a Kimberly-Clark forecasting and replenishment perspective/influence in creating efficient and effective solutions
  • Provide leadership to ensure your organization attracts, develops and retains the best people and fosters a diverse environment that empowers the team to fully use its capabilities in achieving desired business results
  • Build strategic relationships with customer’s logistics teams and leadership through partnership forums & ongoing interaction to achieve and maintain preferred supplier status
  • Contribute to an environment in which team members feel valued and included, respected for their individual differences and motivated to fully utilize their capabilities in achieving desired business results
