Salary Range: $65,545.60-$98,318.40/year (based on relevant experience and qualifications) | 🎯 Annual Bonus

🔧 About the Role

As a Customer Experience Manager, you’ll be the face of Etnyre in the field—supporting customers and dealers through equipment troubleshooting, field service, training, and warranty support. You’ll drive satisfaction and loyalty while helping to grow parts sales and improve product performance.

💼 What You'll Do

• Build trusted relationships with customers and dealers

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment in the field

• Provide hands-on training on equipment operation and safety

• Support parts sales and dealer stocking plans

• Promote product performance and customer education

• Serve as a technical resource on warranty and field campaigns

• Collaborate with Sales to evaluate trade-ins

• Manage service reports and expenses in a timely manner

• Serve as a trusted representative of Etnyre in the field—delivering high-quality support and upholding our reputation with every customer interaction

• Ability to work independently and travel very frequently

• Experience in heavy equipment, agriculture, construction, or similar industries preferred

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Associate degree or equivalent vocational training in a related field required

• 2 years of field service, customer support, or equipment-related experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, servicing methods, and engineering principles (field service experience a plus)

• Able to lift up to 80 lbs and perform hands-on field service tasks in varying condition
