Job Summary

 

Are you a dynamic and strategic leader with a passion for driving successful program outcomes? The Enablement Program Office (EPO) Organization under our Go-To-Market (GTM Ops) operations team is seeking a Global Program Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the Customer Evaluation (Eval), Swing Gear, and Trade-in Programs, ensuring that program goals align with organizational objectives.

As a Global Program Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including a dedicated operations team in the Center of Excellence, to drive the success of these programs. You will play a crucial role in strategic planning, coordination, execution, and stakeholder management. Your fresh perspective and willingness to dive into problem areas will be encouraged and expected as we work together to solve difficult challenges.

Within the GTM Ops organization, our portfolio is expanding to include change management for large-scale initiatives across operations, IT, and sales teams. As the change management global lead for the Eval, Swing Gear, and Trade-in programs, you will work closely with a dedicated team of Project Managers to ensure smooth operations and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects aimed at improving operations business systems and processes within the programs.
  • Develop metrics to measure processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Align improvement efforts with performance shortfalls.
  • Collect data to identify root causes of problems.
  • Deliver presentations and training courses on measurement, analysis, improvement, and control.
  • Manage the annual budget and forecast equipment purchases and program-generated revenue.
  • Develop comprehensive program plans, aligning objectives with strategic initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and address their concerns.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the program team.
  • Implement quality control processes to maintain high standards.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve program processes.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Provide mentorship, training, and support to junior Project/Program Managers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • 8+ years experience as a Program Manager or in a similar role
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Extensive knowledge of program management and change management best practices.
  • Strong record of managing competing priorities with attention to detail.
