Raytheon has an opening for a customer engagement lead in the Tucson, AZ facility. The successful candidate has experience leading and establishing strategical solutions related to customer engagement. The person will be the customer point-of-contact for multiple DCMA (Defense Contract Management Agency) commands across multiple Raytheon sites. The responsibility includes developing, fostering and maintaining customer relationships by ensuring all customer needs are met and exceeded. Role includes acting as elevation point, coordinating stakeholders and acting as Raytheon customer advisor. Tasking includes soliciting customer feedback, leading CORE improvement efforts, engaging leadership teams and partnering across organizations to enable customer-focused Raytheon solutions and execution. This role will be responsible for leading the entire Customer Engagement team.
What You Will Do
- Understand DCMA Organization structures, functional roles and responsibilities
- Collaborate with the DCMA to manage and resolve issues as they arise and engage programs and/or other stakeholders as necessary
- Act as the DCMA Liaison between all functions internally within Effectors and customers as necessary
- Lead and work effectively with cross-functional teams to drive improvements and implement change
- Provide leadership to multi-functional teams and key partners to ensure successful execution of programs through fostering and improving customer relationships
- Support Multiple-Program Disruption activities across multiple programs interfacing with both internal and external customers
- This will be an onsite role in our Tucson, AZ facility
Qualifications you must have
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 7 years’ experience.
- Experience in program management, customer interface, supply chain and/or manufacturing transferable skillsets
- Experience with DCMA related FAR / DFARs
- Experience with AS9100 Quality Management System requirements
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
Qualifications we value
- Previous experience transforming complex information and data into clear, concise, and visually engaging slides
- Experience executing functional responsibilities in support of Development, Production and Sustainment programs
- Experience with RTX / Raytheon command media
- Experience executing contracts with prime and DoD customers. Experience with bids and negotiations.
- Experience with Six Sigma methodology (CORE) and/or tools such as lean manufacturing, diagnostic, process optimization and continuous improvement
