Location: Hagerstown, MD
Pay Range: $40,000 - 67,000, depending on experience

What You'll Do

• Process customer orders and changes in manufacturing/fulfillment systems accurately and on time.
• Monitor production timelines and coordinate updates to customers.
• Assemble billing documentation and maintain accurate job logs.
• Track due dates and schedule adherence for files and customer components.
• Communicate with internal teams and external customers professionally and effectively.
• Collaborate with peers and leadership to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• May perform additional duties, as assigned

What You Bring

• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 0–2 years of customer service, administrative, or production coordination experience.
• Basic knowledge of business software and communication tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn and apply procedures in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and teamwork orientation.
