CRM Strategy Planning Lead

Your team

The CRM Strategy team is responsible for designing the customer communications strategy for Sky Betting and Sky Gaming brands.

As well as working with the marketing commercial, CVM and brand teams to design key campaign communication strategies, we also work closely with CRM Data Strategy, CRM Communications and Marketing Ops teams to deliver our plans to customers across a number of CRM channels.

We strive to increase commercial value through incremental improvements, utilising detailed test scenarios with clear KPIs and performance analytics. It’s an exciting time to join the team as we embark on a huge project to overhaul our tools and targeting capabilities, enabling real time customer action based communications & better decisioning to drive targeting and personalisation.

We are now looking for a skilled and passionate CRM Strategy Planning Lead to join the team on an initial 9 month contract.

What you’ll do

• Take ownership of the day to day management of the CRM communications plan – aligning with operational teams to efficiently deliver customer comms.

• Coordinating operational teams through efficient communication and organisation to ensure plans are delivered effectively and on time.

• Directing creative and copy to be used in CRM communications to the corresponding projects in Workfront.

• CRM Strategy representative responsible for monitoring the briefing performance report, identify trends & insights for improvements.

• Assign and delegate project and tasks in Workfront once plans have been confirmed, approved and finalised.

How you’ll do it

A key role bridging the gap between CRM Strategy and the operational teams to support our plans, you will be a strong communicator, able to understand challenges, processes and abilities of multiple teams to drive actionable plans which maximise the delivery resource we have available. A proactive, solutions focussed approach and ability to forge good working relationships with multiple stakeholders is essential.

Championing the workflow process for CRM, you will ensure all activity is aligned across all teams and adheres to process. You will ensure this is clearly and correctly briefed, with key focuses on constant improvements. You will share results with the wider teams and use analysis to drive and shape updates to CRM process and templates.

You need to be flexible to changing business performance and reprioritise activity when necessary, therefore we are looking for a highly organised, self-starter with excellent attention to detail and time management skills.

Confident in interrogating the numbers to drive recommendations, you will be an analytical thinker with a strong operational acumen.
