Credit Controller

Atkinson Moss is delighted to supporting a high growth business in their search for a Credit Controller. Working as part of a talented and supportive team, the Credit Controller will be responsible for the following duties:

* Ownership of customer accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments

* Resolving customer queries via telephone and email

* Liaising customers to secure payment and resolve outstanding balances

* Monitoring aged debt reports and escalating high-risk accounts

* Reconciling accounts and investigating discrepancies

* Credit checks and supporting credit risk assessments

* Supporting month-end and year-end finance processes
