Wayfair is home to one of the retail industry’s largest in-house creative agencies. The Creative Group is a world class team comprised of many disciplines – designers, copywriters, stylists, editors, cinematographers, directors, producers and more. Our work fuels all forms of onsite and offsite marketing and communication with our consumers from TV to online video to social, email, direct mail and more.

Possible Team Placements

Wayfair Professional
Wayfair Professional is the B2B-focused sector of Wayfair. This team caters to different audiences including the Contractor, Interior Design, Office, Foodservice, Accommodations, Education and Property Management industries. Creative Ops on this team leans in on project planning and cross-functional collaborating with stakeholders on seasonal/monthly campaigns and ad hoc creative requests for associated audiences. 

Supplier
The Supplier creative team focuses on communication specifically relating to suppliers that sell on Wayfair and SABs. Creative Ops on this team leans in on project planning and cross-functional collaborating with stakeholders on Supplier email communication, informational brochures/one pagers, onboarding materials, trade show assets, Wayfair Academy instructional videos, leadership videos and more. 

B2C

The Wayfair B2C umbrella comprises various channels including TV/Video, Brand, Omni-channel campaigns and Digital marketing. Our B2C Ops team works together to manage our marketing and creative partners within a monthly workflow using Jira. Some examples of projects the team works on are: Global Way Day, Outdoor Sale, Wayfair Exclusive Brands and email campaigns.

SAB 

Standalone Brands (AllModern, Birch Lane, Joss & Main, and Perigold): Brand centric org structure that ensures single-point accountability across all channels and streamlined, efficient cross-channel execution for any given brand. 

What You'll Do:

• Work in an ever-changing creative environment, that presents exciting challenges and rewards initiative and problem-solving skills
• Maintain communications with all members of the project team including our clients and their representatives, vendors, and essential stakeholders to the success of the project
• Coordinate projects from kickoff to completion date while managing communications and expectation and surfacing any potential roadblocks
• Conduct research on talent, location, product logistics, invoicing, and scheduling
• Develop templates, processes, and workflows to create and develop efficiencies 
• Assist with managing our internal project tracking system through backlog management, ticket upkeep and timeline creation.

Basic Qualifications

• Currently pursuing Bachelors degree
• Available to work July 10, 2023 - December 15, 2023
• Able to commit to working 40 hours/week (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm)

Wayfair Co-op Program Overview

Based in Wayfair’s Boston headquarters, Our co-op program is a six-month, full-time, paid program that runs twice annually in January to June and July to December Through the co-op program, students have the opportunity to gain impactful professional experience in their major or career field of interest by fully integrating with Wayfair business units. While the majority of Wayfair co-ops join directly from an academic program, some co-ops join us from varying professional and academic backgrounds seeking a six-month professional experience. In addition to an exciting project work, Wayfair co-ops have the opportunity to build their professional networks, take advantage of training offerings, and attend social events throughout the program.
