Prospero Teaching is recruiting Cover Supervisors for a highly regarded all-through academy in Newham. This ambitious and inclusive school has a strong reputation for academic achievement, high expectations, and supporting students throughout their educational journey from primary through to sixth form. The academy offers a broad curriculum and is committed to providing students with the skills and opportunities needed to succeed.

The Role:

Supervise classes during teacher absence
Deliver pre-set work and keep students engaged
Maintain a positive and productive learning environment
Follow school behaviour and safeguarding policies
Provide feedback to teaching staffRequirements:

Passion for education and supporting young people
Minimum GCSE qualifications (or equivalent)
Confident, reliable and professional approach
Previous experience working with young people is desirable but not essentialWhat We Offer:
